Caroline is a 2011 Musical Theatre alumnus of San Antonio’s North East School of the Arts and holds a degree in Vocal Performance from Pepperdine University. As a member of the Flora L. Thornton Opera Program, she performed in productions of Die Fledermaus, Oklahoma!, The Elixir of Love and The Merry Widow as well as in the Chamber Choir and Women’s Ensemble. She attended Pepperdine’s Summer Opera Intensive in Heidelberg, Germany, and performed with the Chamber Choir at the Prague Choral Festival. In 2012, she won the Los Angeles Area NATS competition with her performance of Menotti’s “Lullaby,” and in 2015, she was a featured performer in a Dallas opera master class featuring Frederica Von Stade, Joyce DiDonato and Jake Heggie. A member of the San Antonio Mastersingers, Caroline is a featured soloist at local churches and performs with Opera San Antonio. She is currently studying to become a licensed music therapist in order to minister to veterans and others needing healing. Caroline teaches preschool and elementary music at local schools, as well as private voice lessons.
