2026-2027 Tuition

Annual tuition is set by St. Paul’s Episcopal Montessori School Board of Directors. The tuition schedule is paying the annual tuition in ten equal payments, including a Seat Deposit to hold your child’s spot for the next school year. Other payment arrangements may be made by speaking with Head of School, Macleay Martinez.

Seat Deposit

A non-refundable Seat Deposit is required to secure your child’s spot at St. Paul’s

  • Seat Deposit Amount: The Seat Deposit is equivalent to one month’s tuition. This amount will be applied to your child’s May tuition for the enrolling academic year.
  • Billing & Payment Options:

o Returning Students:The Seat Deposit will be billed to returning students each March and must be paid in full by May 7th. Payments can be split into three installments across March, April, and May. Failure to meet this deadline will result in the forfeiture of your student’s spot for the upcoming school year.

o New Students: New students are required to pay the Seat Deposit at the time of enrollment to secure their child’s spot. If a payment plan is needed, please contact the Business Manager to discuss available options.

Financial Aid Applicants: Families applying for Financial Aid or Scholarships are required to pay 50% of the

Seat Deposit by the due date. Any approved financial aid will be retroactively applied to the Seat Deposit once the application is processed.

Financial Aid

St. Paul’s Episcopal Montessori School is committed to providing need-based financial aid to make Montessori education accessible to a wider range of students.

  • Eligibility: All financial aid is determined based on the demonstrated financial need of the student’s family, the volume of requests received, and the availability of financial aid funds for the given school year.

  • Application Process:
o We highly recommend applying for financial aid as early as possible for the upcoming school year.

o Returning families must re-apply for financial aid annually.
o St.Paul’s utilizes TADS(Tuition Aid Data Services),a nationally recognized service to process financial aid applications. TADS employs standardized criteria to assess each family’s need for tuition assistance. o The St.Paul’s Episcopal Montessori School Financial Aid Committee uses information from the TADS assessment to allocate available financial aid.
