Seat Deposit
Seat deposit, which is one month of tuition, will be billed in full in March. This will hold your child’s spot for the upcoming year and will be used towards August’s tuition.
Seat deposits can be paid in full in March or can be split between payments in March and May.
Seat deposits not paid in full by May 31 will result in a loss of your student’s spot for the upcoming school year.
Any financial aid will be applied retroactively to seat deposit once the financial aid application is approved
Financial Aid and Scholarships
St. Paul’s Episcopal Montessori School makes a strong commitment to, need-based financial aid in order to support students who otherwise may not be able to enjoy the benefits of Montessori education. All financial aid is based on the need or financial status of the student’s family, the number of requests received, and the number of financial aid funds available for a given school year.
St. Paul’s uses a nationally recognized service, TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services), to process financial aid applications. TADS applies standardized criteria to determine to what extent each family needs assistance to pay for one year’s tuition. The St. Paul’s Episcopal Montessori School Financial Aid Committee uses information from the TADS process to allocate the amount of financial aid available. You can find the application here: https://sssandtadsfa.force.com/familyportal
For assistance with your TADS application, you can contact their family support services by calling (800) 344-8328 or emailing sssandtadsfa@communitybrands.com.
TADS applications are due April 8th. Returning families must re-apply for financial aid every year that they are seeking aid.
In addition to need-based financial aid, St. Paul’s has a scholarship opportunity for both St. Paul’s Episcopal Church parishioner families and military families through the Rev. Chester W. King Scholarship Fund. Please reach out to Jose Macias, Director of Development, if you are interested in learning more about this opportunity: advancement@stpaulsmontessori.org
