Grandparents Day Tea Party Tickets are SOLD OUT!

We are so excited to host our students’ grandparents and families on Friday for our Grandparents Day Tea Party! This is all the info you need to know before you go. Please share it with any guests who will be attending the tea party.

Arrival:

• Park in the school parking lot or along Grayson St.
• You can enter through the Admin office doors (red double doors) or through the courtyard on Grayson St.

Check-in:

• The tea party registration tables will open at 9:30am. They will be located in the main hallway to the church.
• I would recommend checking in BEFORE the performance at 10am, if you can.
• Give your child’s name – you will receive a sticker with your table number.
• The tea party event is completely sold out; we will have no additional tickets to purchase on site.

Student Performance:

• All children perform in the church, starting at 10am.
• Guests of the VIP tables will have reserved seating at the front of the church.
• No tickets are required for the performance – everyone is invited and anyone may attend!

Tea Party:

• After the performance (10:40ish), you will make your way from the church to the Parish Hall and find your table.
• Teachers will be bringing students to the Parish Hall to meet up with their families. Please do not pick up your child from their classroom or take them from the church.
• Tea, sandwiches, and desserts will be on your tables and ready for you to enjoy as you are seated.
• If you have food restrictions that you have not informed us about, please let your tea party server know. We will have gluten-free, vegan, and nut-free options for sandwiches and desserts.
• We will have music provided by the renowned pianist, Aaron Prado, and his father (and St. Paul’s Grandparent!), bassist George Prado, as we eat.
• The auction will be open for bidding until 12pm (www.32auctions.com/teaparty2024)
• There will be a photobooth for you to snap pictures with your children and have them sent to you.
• You are welcome to take your student home after the event, or you can walk them back to their classroom and hand them off to their teacher if they will be staying at school for the afternoon.
