At St. Pauls Episcopal Montessori School, children are able to learn at their own pace, as teachers have more than three years of curriculum available to personalize instruction for each student. Children also learn from each other, as older children reinforce their learning by teaching younger children. Children and parents love this aspect of a Montessori education because it develops nurturing, mentoring and leadership skills in children and promotes a strong relationship with classroom teachers.
