Check out this article from the Express News for 11 tips to prepare for the upcoming year. Making sure students are back on a set sleep schedule ahead of time can make waking up on the first day of school a much less daunting task.

More nutrition resources can be found here and here and we have a nutrition guide available at the front desk if you’d like to take inspiration home with you! We will also have them available at the Parent Welcome on Friday, August 18th at 6 p.m. in the Parish Hall. We look forward to seeing you all there!
