Virtues

“All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.”

                                                                                                                                                                                                                        2 Timothy 3:16

The Bible teaches small children (and all of us) about Christian living -that is, how to be good! Primary chapel is at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday mornings.

The short chapel talks are based on books by Kenneth N. Taylor (Giant Steps for Little People and Big Thoughts for Little People) and include a bible verse of the week for the children to recall throughout the week. Children learn the Bible verses easily, and the will stay in their mind and hearts for life. You might have already heard them quoting them.

In keeping with our focus on the virtue of respect this month we have been visiting some associated Scriptures;

Kind words are like honey – enjoyable and healthy

Proverbs 16:24

Do for others what you want them to do for you.

Matthew 7:12

God will bless you and use you to help others.

Proverbs 11:25

We welcome all family members to join us for any of our chapel services.
